DOH. Sorry bout the monthly visitor wrecking your day. Least it waited till you were home from the beach however…

When I’m feeling as stressed as you were, I do this:
Sit in a quiet spot
Close my eyes
Focus on breathing in through my nose an out of my mouth, then in through my mouth and out through my nose while thinking of someplace or something relaxing.
Do this for about 2 minutes.

You’ll feel a little better and your body will be slightly less irratated. /hugs and tosses some Midol over
