I actually saw this too and wondered why they just didnt put up a recent photo of Bill. Did they think that the only thing they can show is Hillary or perhaps a photo of Bill on the operating table?
Craziness…
OR.. they are pro-Hillary and are giving her some free press (which I dont mind at all since I like her).

the funnier part was it took me like 3 minutes of looking at this to get it. im like ok, former president has surgery, and theres the picture of hilary. hmmmm. lol.
