What Did You Call Me?

by @ 7:46 pm on October 6, 2004. Filed under Geek | Meme

I keep trying to tell you, I’m a geek. Can anyone top a 1971 on this test?

But, apparently, I’m not a very good geek. I’m going to hell, but barely. I scored a 201.

Now, while these two tests results may appear to be discussing two completely different people, you will discover (if you haven’t already) that I am replete in contradictions.

  4. you so scored points on the gaming questions.

i was 1340 pre deductions.. 355 in deductions.. brought me to 985.

hell: 171, “You’re a danger to society. Who let you out on a day pass?”

    like, duh!

  5. You got it :) Without the gaming questions, I woulda been toast. I cannot help it that I’ve made money painting miniatures. But, I missed out on Star Wars points - I have not seen the original movies.

I lost quite a few points…clothes, car, country music…but I am not athletic, so that saved me. Heh.

  10. 1895 / 3175 (6th / 7th) depending on interpretation. The former would be lower but I couldn’t stand dropping two ranks on a semantic point, so I adjusted my interpretations.

Yes, I use semantic cheating on tests that are vaguely worded :)
(Having run 50 gaming sessions gives the 3175 - interpreting the question as “30 points per gaming system” drops it down to 1895. I’m not discussing deductions because I don’t have enough of them :))

You do need to get a life. Well, actually, seeing as how you get points for conventions, you might have a social life. However, you might want to find more friends who don’t wear costumes on a regular basis :)

  18. I got an 840 on the geek test. Not too shabby I guess. Plus my title is Uber Geek, which is cool. My only deductions were that I’m not a virgin and I’m popular with the opposite sex. They’re also the main reason I scored a 173 on the hell test. I’m a danger to society! Woo! And to think, it would have been higher if I still drank regularly and did drugs. Those were fun quizzes!

    I friended you, btw. :)

  23. Sure does! I don’t post too much top secret stuff, but when I do you’ll see it! :)

  24. Don’t ask.
It took me a whole day to come up with that comeback!

Who cares if there’s no biting question on the test!
