A Sneak Peak Into My Crazy Life as I Try to Get Through Nursing School,
and the Technology, Books, Movies, Music & Lyrics I Enjoy
Lasik is so worth it. Within hours of my surgery, I told SK, “Even if my sight never gets any better than it is right now, it is still worth it.” I was even able to drive myself to my follow up appointment not even twenty four hours later. The only bad thing? Eye drops. I *hate* putting in eye drops. Thank goodness SK takes good care of me.
- In a flurry of holiday glee, we put up the Christmas tree and decorated the house with sit-abouts.
- We’re having a holiday shindig on the 17th, and I’m really looking forward to it.
- I’m leaving for Vegas on Friday. I’m taking the red eye home on Monday night and arrive back in Dallas on Tuesday morning. I have to take two finals that same day.
- My nephews (3 and 4 years old) have learned how to call me all on their own.

I was going to say ‘Lucky git’ but thinking about it more I dont think luck is the right word.
I’m not a great writer to be sure and at the risk of sounding gushy you still sound just as in love with SK as the first time I remember you talking about her
Ahem.. that is all. *having a weird day*

Nothing wrong with gushy
I fall even more in love with her with every moment that passes.

The house and tree is decorated at my place too. It is amazing how diffrent the place feels when there are lights, tinsel and the smell of an evergreen.
