I had Lasik waaaaay back in 2000, and it took several months for me to stop pulling out the reading glasses for small print. Of course, given enough time and those pesky things will once again adorn my nose when I encounter small print. I also had some initial problems with distant vision and sign fuzziness first thing in the morning, but this usually cleared up once I'd been awake for a few hours.
