I had always planned to work during the fall semester, but now I’m not so sure that is the best idea. I’m worried that I will lose my motivation for school because I won’t have the school mentality anymore. I tend to start off strong, but I always seem to come up short when it gets down to it. I’ve never been good at following through with things. I don’t want that to happen. I would really like to actually finish something for once in my life. Something I can take pride in because I didn’t take the easy way out.

But, there’s something to be said for paying the bills! Being an adult and accepting responsibility sure gets in the way sometimes.

Please stay in school, and finish your education before you do anything else. I understand about paying the bills, but so many people take time off from college, thinking it will be just for a semester, and they end up never going back. Time has a way of creeping up on a person. Right now, your number one priority has to be finishing what you have started. You owe it to yourself, and everyone else that has a part in your life.
