I was reminded of my fanatic MMORPG days as a little squee of delight escaped my lips when I discovered Tweety is posting again. It’s been ages since I’ve played EverQuest, Dark Age of Camelot, or World of Warcraft but I still miss them from time to time.

I’ve been piddling around Kingdom of Loathing (KoL) for awhile now. It doesn’t fill the void created when I left World of Warcraft, Dark Ages of Camelot or Everquest, but it does have benefits:

- It’s free
- It’s browser-based
- There isn’t much downtime (usually around 30 mins at 9:30p or 10:30p, depending on daylight savings)
- It can take as much time, or as little time as I have to put into it at any given moment

I have two characters — one hardcore and one softcore. My current KoL Hardcore skillset:

I’m currently doing a seal clubber run. Here are my skill goals over my next few hardcore runs:

My order is a bit messed up because I thought I already had the familiar boosting skills. I think I’ll probably use the LTS-Synergy skillset, but I’m still undecided. Since I don’t spend too much time playing, it seems like a good option.

I was piddling around on the Internet and decided to set up an Internet link directory. Silly, I know. It’s not like I need something else to do. I’m still working on the layout, but I thought I’d let ya’ll know about it in case you were interested in being listed in a link directory. I have several special categories (Gambling Directory, Texas Directory, Gay & Lesbian Directory, MySpace Directory, Nursing Directory, MMA & UFC Directory and Games Directory), and most of the general ones. This is me avoiding my psychology paper that is due today.

At least history is done for the semester!  Since my grade is a 101 right now, and the professor only has a few grades left to post, I’m fairly certain I made an A in that class at least.

Oh, I’m playing in a poker tournament tonight.  If you are interested in those kinds of things, you can read more about it on my poker blog.

Writing research papers sucks!  I wonder if I’ll have to do any in nursing school.
